We are a creative team specialized in the sweet world, formed by David Gil, Ingrid Serra and Julen Urtasun; who after several years of training, working and developing projects together, have decided to contribute with our knowledge and experience from I+Desserts to different types of businesses.

Co-founder and Innovation Manager

Trained at Hofmann Hospitality School, throughout his career he has worked with Nandu Jubany, Mugaritz, Michel Bras, Le Calandre, among others.


For the last eight years he has led La Dolça, Albert Adria’s group (elBarri) desserts and pastry team.

Ingrid Serra

Project Manager

Trained at Hofmann Hospitality School, she has worked in several prestigious restaurants such as Bodega 1900 and Tickets. In recent years she has been a member of the creative team at La Dolça and has developed international projects such as Mercado Little Spain in NY and Cakes & Bubbles in London..

Julen Urtasun

Production manager

With extensive experience in cooking and gastronomy, he has worked in several restaurants, including Tickets and Enigma. In recent years he has been part of the La Dolça. team from elBarri group.

Adriá Gil

Co-founder and CEO

He carries out the General Direction of I+Desserts. Trained in political science, public international law and business administration. He has held management positions in the food industry.
