Located on Ibiza island in Spain, Heart is a project by Guy Laliberté (Cirque du soleil) and the Adrià brothers (Ferrán and Albert), a unique microcosm where haute cuisine and performing arts come together.

A fun, provocative menu with evident circus influences for a very ambitious challenge. A sweet list with surprising desserts, agile to eat, with suitable tableware to the frenetic pace of the show.

Served at the end of the dinner by the artists themselves for 30 minutes without interruptions, in Heart you can find, among other desserts: the already mythical popcorn, which changes every season, La Tarta de Heart: composed of several preparations to simulate a melting cake or La Pagesa: a dessert inspired by a typical character from the island consisting of a flan served inside an egg shell with passion fruit jelly and caramel.
