XOC Chocolates is our own pop-up concept which develops special projects during holidays. A sweets collection renewed annually with the intention of contributing our own vision of the world of chocolate and nougat.

It’s our most personal project and a great opportunity for us to continue innovating through flavor, shapes, molds and presentation.

During this past Christmas, and through our recently launched online store, our customers have been able to enjoy a reinterpretation of various iconic desserts of these dates.

The “roscón de reyes”, with crunchy roscón, vanilla ganache and marzipan. Or our own version of the famous Catalan "Tió", made from crunchy “neulas” and hazelnuts, emulsified butter cream and nougat.
